I ordered and paid for a dogs bed 8 weeks ago....it still isn’t here.....very disappointed ☹️
I would score 0 but I can't.
2 weeks later, no delivery, no tracking details, no reply to emails and all over their social media there are numerous other customers with the same story. Avoid avoid avoid unless you want to waste your money

I bought some vitalin original for my working dog and can’t fault it and it’s the cheapest I can find will definitely be buying some more
Just placed a small order, for doggy items which I wanted in small quantities to see if they are acceptable to my terrier. Super fast service, great prices! Have just done a price comparison with the company I have used for a long time. Found that I will save money, and get free delivery! Will be placing a bigger order soon.
An experience I am happy to keep repeating as long as we have animal and bird mouths to feed.

Product ordered arrived in good time. Lovely to have a letter on the back of the delivery note to explain about the company and the freebe pack of treats. Plan to use this company again. ????
I cancelled an order for hypoallergenic dog treats with another pet website, waited 12 days for my order only to then be told they actually didn't have them in stock. By this point I had no dog treats left, and because my dog has severe allergies I am very restricted as to what I can give him. I went onto Petshop.co.uk and found they had the treats he can have, I placed an order and received them within 3 days. Excellent customer service, nice easy to use website and prompt delivery. Definitely be using again in the future.
